43-11-11. Sanitary rules -- Practice outside salon.

The board with the approval of the state department of health shall adopt sanitary rules necessary to prevent the creating and spreading of infectious and contagious diseases. A cosmetology salon must be at a fixed location and may not be used for living or sleeping quarters. An operator may practice outside of the establishment under the direction and control of an owner or manager thereof under rules adopted by the board.
